Chris works directly with small businesses owners as both an advisor and a collaborative partner to provide accessible and straightforward legal assistance. Chris has dedicated his legal practice to working with small business owners to help them start and grow their businesses to the point where they can thrive.
Prior to joining Simplicity Law, Chris spent several years as a civil litigator in San Francisco and Salt Lake City. As a litigator, Chris helped small businesses and individuals face their legal problems after they had arisen. Drawing on his experience as a litigator, Chris is able to help small business owners operate in a way that minimizes potential legal problems down the road.
Chris attended law school at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Utah.
Chris spends his free time exploring the Rocky Mountains and deserts.
Chris is admitted to practice law in California, Colorado and Utah.
